I started in June. 30 days today, and down 12 pounds! 30 more to go :) It's slowed down quite a bit, but I have been told to just keep going and it will come. Patience...

My goal is to incorporate the gym 2-3 times a week. Seems simple, but I haven't been doing it. I started Keto about 3 weeks ago, and have not been able to get the fitness AND the diet into action at the same time!

I started Keto 2 weeks ago - it's been going well. I did this free course before I started and found it super informative : http://courses.ketogasm.com/courses/113927/lectures/1714703 There's also a facebook group called Keto for badass babes ;) It's pretty supportive, and full of great ideas.

And yes, stuffing - outside the bird. In lieu of stuffing in the bird, we use apples, peeled and quartered.

Another Canadian here - Thanksgiving is my all time fav. Must haves: Turkey :) Mashed Potatoes Veggie of your choice (I like corn, or turnips). Cranberry sauce. Dessert: PIE! Apple, Pecan, butter tarts, apple crisp... yummm. It's all about the seasonal fruits and veggies. <3 Enjoy!

You guys, you don't understand. We got this peppercorn crusted bacon from Presidents choice - ridiculous. It was so good... but so so much sodium. Never again. I must have had my 8 glasses of water within 20 minutes of consuming said bacon. LOL
