Maximizing Macros.
I am trying to make my macros work for me (Keto style). I have 5g of carbs left, but lots of protein and fat. I need some carb free staples to throw into the mix! Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

Running and weight gain/loss
I have been losing weight steadily since the beginning of March, then added the running program last week and am now up a pound. Nothing as changed in my diet - it can't be muscle gain from running 3 times, can it? * I know. I need to put the scale away. I did this morning, but I'm frustrated none the less.

Can someone explain the "eat more calories, and lose more weight"? According to MFP, I am not eating enough calories most days. Running with Audio books
Does anyone run with audio books instead of music? Suggestions? I'm thinking of trying it with something like Mindy Kaling/Tina Fey - where it should be funny, and read by the author. My hope is that it keeps me distracted from the running, and more focused on the story :)

I know water is good for you in general, and the loose guidelines are 8 cups a day. Is there a benefit to drinking MORE when trying to lose weight?

Fast food / ordering in?
What are your go-to places to order in, on a low carb diet. I've been really strict with home cooked meals, but I need something quick and easy on occasion. I'm thinking something like Swiss Chalet, where I could order chicken with a salad, or steamed veggies would be good. Any other suggestions?
