Does anyone else take a bootcamp type of class? my class is 50 minutes, and I'm wondering how to enter it in my tracker more accurately. It's a combinations of routines like ex:
skipping 1 min,
pushups 1 min,
skipping,
plank,
skipping,
mountain climbers,
jacks,
planks
lunges
tricep dips
sprints

etc etc for 50 minutes...

How would you calculate this type of program?!

I'd get a HRM and do it that way. But according to LA Fitness for a 55 min class
"Boot Camp Conditioning Burn up to 550 calories
Achieve your fitness goals with this military inspired circuit workout. Calisthenics and training drills develop strength, stamina and agility."

Age and weight will determine calories too. I wore a hrm for my class once and it was cardio intense i only burned 350 calories in about 40 min and a younger guy burnt over 500. We were about at same pace too.
