  • My Grandmother always nagged me about eating too fast. It takes twenty minutes for your brain to tell your stomach it's full. You can really load up on a bunch of food before the twenty minutes is up. Then you fell stuffed. It does help to slow down!
  • I heard that your body gets used the calorie intake after about six weeks. Then it can slow down the weight loss. So if you "trick" it by upping your calories (of course with healthy choices) it get conufsed and starts burning calories again.
  • How many calories are you eating per day? Are you weighing and keeping close track of the food you eat? Are you meeting your fiber reccomendations? Maybe you are not eating enough calories.
