Hello, everyone! I'm new to the group, but I'm excited to be a part of it! My wedding is October 29, 2016 and my goal is to get down to 125 pounds (I'm currently at 150 pounds). Two years ago I made that target weight, but I've gotten busy with school and life and I've put the weight back on.

I did the shred last year and I got great results! It's my favorite JM dvd. Unfortunately, I put ten pounds back on, so I'll have to do it again.

I had such a busy day yesterday. I went on a double date to the aquarium with my friends and my boyfriend. I did a ton of walking around, but I never got my squats in for yesterday.
