Leftover cabbage so I made what was called cabbage pancake. So so good.

I precook several meals such as pasta sauce, veggie Chile, etc. I do the same as you when it comes to the veggies the do not require residential space in the cooler. Last camping trip I discovered what a treat zucchini is grilled on the campfire. Thanks for your informative post.

My plant base eating does not include any processed food. Nothing that came from something with a face. No oils and nothing with more than two ingredients. We can all define it in whatever works for us.

After 15 AF days I had an alcohol evening planned at the resort bar. Entered my shot of Markers Mark and 12 oz Bud Light in my diary early morning. Closed my diary before going to bed and I was below my allotted calorie count. "Patting myself on the back" Back to AF days now. Wylers peach tea is my go to today.

15 days AF! Now tonight Friday I have decided to go to the resort bar where I am at. I like a shot of bourbon neat with a beer back. So I went to my food diary and put in my one shot of Markers Mark 110. Then I put in a 12 oz bottle of Deshutes Black Butte Porter 192! 302 calories total. So then I put in a light domestic…

Day 14 AF....pleased with weight loss in 14 days. Snow, hail and ice seem to be my excuse for not taking my daily walk. :(

13 days no alcohol, processed food or empty calories...:). Went to COSTCO and did not get my usual soft serve. Said no to friend wanting me to go to lunch...talked her into coffee. I am not disciplined yet or in control to go out for lunch.

13 days in a row alcohol free...:) Reading posts I take what I like and leave the rest. What I do like is how some posts state that they plan when they are going to drink. Last Wednesday I planned to drink on Friday. Friday came and it did not seem so important. My main issue in not driving is getting my weight down.

Whoop whoop...12 days AF. In addition to this tread I just completed the ten day challenge. 4# loss. Great motivation to see the scales being friendlier. Mexico and swimsuit in November is my goal time. 188 this morning and 157 is my goal. I CAN DO THIS!

Oh my I am disappointed...last night before going to bed I weighed 188.0. figured when I woke up it would be 187 point something. I always loose weight between going to bed and getting up. 11 days AF and I have truly noticed it on the scales. 4 lbs in the past ten days. I will take that loss. Reading all the posts has inspired me and I appreciate everyone that takes the time to log in and post. The fact that there has been no negativity is a real gift.

Immediately started out for a walk when I got up. Goal was for 2 miles...2.8! I continue to record every morsel that I consume. This morning I found a holiday fruit cake in my fridge!!! I wish this thread were still active. I am trying to go plant base. Previously I lost 47 pounds eating about 85% plant base. Well as soon as I fell off of course I am right back to starting over. Feeling better...one week of plant base.

10 days alcohol free. I am seeing some weight loss. Mainly because being AF I make better choices, wake up feeling better and no sugar crash in the middle of the night so sleeping better. No special events coming up. I anticipate the next week will be easier. Best to you all in hitting your goals.
