Meal selections while on a camping vacation
Summer is on us I hope. I spend a great deal of my summer RV camping in our national forests. Just recently started a plant base meal plan. Anyone have any meal suggestions to help me stay true to getting healthy? I so used to throwing meat on the campfire grill. I do prepare healthy soups to freeze for trips.

Back Again
Hi from Oregon, In the past I worked "MFP" and it worked wonderful. Lost over 50 lbs and totally loved MFP. Well here I am back with the need to loose those same 50 pounds again. Yesterday I went in for a wellness check with my physician. She walked in, introduced herself and said to me "do you realize how much weight you…

Map My Walk
I have been using Map My Walk for months to record my walking miles. Truly disappointed to find out that it is so inaccurate. :( Anyone else have any input about Map My Walk. Perhaps you have another app to suggest that is accurate. Shirley (living in Oregon training to walk a marathon)

Fasting Documentary
This is a documentary about liquid diet fasting. I found interesting. It is a hulu recording so there are a few commercials. Well worth watching to the end to see the man's success. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/02/02/fat-sick-nearly-dead-documentary.aspx Shirley in Foggy Oregon

Perfumes
Perfume smells give me migraines. So my question is would you rather sit next to someone in a venue wearing perfume or no perfumes. I can't begin to count the times I have purchased tickets to a concert only to find I am sitting next to a perfumed up person who has no idea they radiat for distances I can't measure.

MFP Meet & Greet
Has anyone organized a successful Meet & Greet? I went into my find members section and sent messages to twenty members in my area. Meet and Greet-Springfield, Oregon?
It was my intent to contact some MFP members in my area to see if there was any interest in a meet and greet. On really nasty weather days (like our…

Sincere question here
Having been on MFP now for several months I am truly questioning the posts that ask "How can I possibly eat 1200 calories per day." Do the subscribers who ask that truly have a weight problem? I have to wonder if those posters are measuring/weighing their portions. Is it a matter of incorrect recording. Shoot I can consume…

NSV
This morning i was folding laundry (a chore I do not like) and started folding my underwear. After a 50 pound loss (not all of the loss was while on MFP) I started laughing. Mixed in the laundry among new undies was a pair of old 50 pound heavier undies. Now that was a NSV!
