Double or triple your exercise the day before and the day after. It's all a math game. Go light on calorie intake the day before ad the day after. Your body does not know your math game. Shirley in Oregon headed for Denver.

I prioritize my time to spend it around supportive friends and family. I make a conscious choice to avoid people who try to sabotage my weight loss journey. Weigh, measure and record everything I eat. Exercise and record it every day. Stay with MFP! Shirley in Oregon

At 63 it is very condescending when some very young person calls me sweetie or honey. Especially in the service world. I HATE being called Ma'am.
