My nsv was the other day. It was the day my father passed away three years ago. As per Me and my mother ritual we went out for food and drinks and I had alot of food. My nsv? Not feeling guilty about it. I have lost a lot and being able to enjoy myself once in awhile for special occasions I think is important

I have lost a lot of weight and I still got alot more to go. I lost a lot of fat from booty, the trunk is empty of junk if you like. Anyway because of this I can no longer sit on hard spots for more than a few moments before my butt starts hurting.

I'm kinda weird. I love apples. My favorite snack. Always have been. But I hate apple foods, like apple pie,applesauce, Carmel apples ect. Anyway a big fat granny smith Is where it at!

Apples for me are my go too. They always been my favorite snack but I really eat what ever I want for snacks if I'm in the mood. I just weight it before eating or look up the calories to make sure I can fit it in.

I'm 5# away from a 100 lost. I also plan on jogging a 10k next week which will be the longest I ever ran.

got just under 10 min mile today! I did a 5k today at 30:57. My next goal is a flat 30 min. Also getting my waist to 42. I'm at 43.5 inches right now so not far.

I take it one day at a time. Don't beat myself up if I mess up. Yeah used to forget sometimes. Rarely but it does happen. Always had a weight problem. My problem never been the number of meals be it 1 or 3, weight problem because I went over my calories. Now since I plan out my meals and count my calories I never forget lol
