The top half of my body is slim but the bottom half is bloated. How do I fix this. I workout & eat healthy as much as I can & also in a calorie deficit. I am frustrated.

Bloated or carrying more body fat than you'd like? If the latter, you can't choose where fat goes to or comes off first - many people don't lose evenly.0

If your top half is slim, but you're still overweight, logic dictates that the excess fat is in your bottom half.2

Well yes,but the only way to make the bottom half slim is to watch calorie intake & create a calorie deficit for a very long time.
Well, yeah. If that's where your remaining excess fat is, you lose it the same way you lost the rest.1 -

It seems to lose very slow compared to the rest of the parts of the body.
The less you have to lose, the slower you lose it.

You have less to lose now than you did. Where it comes off first is genetic. I suggest you stop worrying about minor issues and just keep doing what you're doing.4 -

How is your logging? Do you track accurately, weighing all solids and measuring all liquids?2 -

What do you mean?
It's a joke. (suggesting that your body is unbalanced because your diet is)2 -

Would standing on a Bosu ball while you eat fix that?5 -
You have a pear shaped body type most likely so any weight gain goes to your hips.
Some people's weight gain always goes to their stomach.
The best thing to do is focus on correct calories and physical fitness.

and i thought it was BDSM related.
i too, am disappointed LMAO
anyways, OP, you cant spot reduce or change the overall shape type of your body. I am pear shaped. my lower half will ALWAYS be a little bit bigger than my top half. I have hips and an *kitten*. thats not necessarily a bad thing lol
the automatic censoring/edit of what i said to kitten is strangely weird in that comment LMAO. anyways i SAID the cruder word for butt. wonder if that will be changed too. lets see.... lol3 -
I *kitten*3
