Lunges will tighten your butt, and make it more firm.. So Lunge away .. You are not too old

That's the thing, I still eat healthy for all my meals, I still watch my calories. I rarely, maybe 1-2 since Feb. go over my calories. But If I want a piece of cookie, I allow myself to eat it. So I do consider myself eating very healthy.. I like the idea of the increasing calories a little at a time.

Most people eat their exercise cals back. But be careful MFP over estimates cals burned. Heart rate monitors are pretty accurate.. Your net should be 1,200 that's food-exercise===should still be 1,200

Machines are not based on your age, height,weight, so most are wrong. Or have always been for me

Log Before you eat, that way you can decide if its worth the cals or not......

I use the bag of frozen vegs and fresh chicken cut into pices, stir fry them then add a little soy sauce low-sodium and enjoy.. Easy and few cals..

I looked at your diary, you are eating junk. You need to eat better foods. If you are trying to lose wieght little debbies are not the answer. It is as important to stay under as it is too full those cals with good for you food. Try to eat les processed foods and eat more natural not in a box food.. I bet it will make all…

Look at your foods and see if you can switch them to more fulling foods, more fruits,vegs. Do you exericse, most people eat back their exercise cals, you exercise=eating more.. Good Luck

I am doing Bridge to 10k. its for graduates of couch to 5k. Im on week 3 now.. Same principle run 10 walk 1, repeat 3 times, each week you run more.. I downloaded the app on my iphone
