LMAO so agree..... I can get internet access on my phone but i don't, mainly the cost puts me off that and i would never get anything else done....its bad enough with my computer let alone having it in my hand all day!!!

Maybe you need to look at something a little out of the box? Dancing, of any sort could work. I personally love Zumba, was hard at first but you get the hang of it eventually and it is enjoyable. Some ladies i know do pole dancing, its good exercise lots of fun and could be useful too lol all i can suggest is try a few…

I hear ya!!! Yup, im a smoker too and although i know i need to quit, its my form of stress relief. I have tried to quit before and it makes me turn into a horrible stressed out mess!! I will get there in my own time, when its right for me.

i wash mine pretty much every day...i have to. it gets so oily and gross. my hairdresser says it all depends on the individual person. some people only need to wash every few days and others need daily washing. its all up to you and how your hair reacts to the treatment lol

I asked my dentist about this, and he says as long as im not playing with the bar on my teeth or biting it there is no problem. I will never take mine out for good, i do have to for some medical tests but am always sure to put it back asap. I love my bar, and so does Dp...you can get some interesting balls for them!!! lol…

i have my ears (just lobes) and my tounge...which didn't hurt at the time its the next few days but nothing major. Would like to get navel done when its a bit flatter lol actually there are lots i would love to do but cash flow doesn't allow it right now
