My cardiologist is always telling me to eat more salt AND drink more water. I have low blood pressure though. I think it really depends on the person and their health conditions.

Take pics of yourself every few weeks. I am sure you will see a difference! It was happening to me after an 8 pound loss (I only have about 10 to lose) and then I looked at my pics and saw a very noticeable change. Don't give up, you are doing great!

I'm on week 7 now so i'm running 25 min each time. But when I did the walking break I would walk at 4.1. When I run I start at about 5.4 and then finish around 6. You look amazing. Seriously. You have a gorgeous body. You should be proud of your accomplishments. I know how you feel though. But I think what is important is to not compare yourself with everyone. I do that too and in the end it's just counter productive.

I love fish! I usually have it on the weekends if I do eat it though so I can buy it fresh. I didn't realize tilapia is that low in calories and high in protein...good to know! How much protein per meal is a good amount? i've heard over a certain amount and your body can't process it properly.

Yes I have been measuring every 2 weeks. I am definitely losing inches. Not everywhere but i've lost 1.5 on my waist and 1.5 on my thighs and 1 on my hips/butt. My arms are still the same even though I am lifting pretty heavy.

Running has helped me lose inches on my thighs. I mix it with a lot of squats and lunges though.

I have ovarian cysts and endometriosis. I've had surgery once to remove a cyst...that's when my endo was diagnosed. I do the same thing. I make my lunches for the week on Sunday and most of my dinners. It works for me because I live alone and don't mind eating the same thing a few days in a row. I have the same IBS problem as you and I have found that super strong probiotic helps a TON. I used to get D daily and now maybe once a month? And I am regular like clockwork. I take one by the brand UDO's Choice. The ones that need to be refrigerated are the best for you.

I'm exactly the same way. Mine is mostly the D though. Sometimes I will have a really bad bought of the D and then it's like my intestines go on strike and the next few days I don't go at all. I think it's the super strong pro-biotics that have helped me the most though. They are a godsend!

I eat all my fruit with some almonds or peanut butter. I get the same way. Esp. if i eat it in the aft. My naturopath gave me the tip and it works for me!

Yeah I agree with the HRM tip. When I got my HRM i found out that I was burning over 100 calories more on my couch to 5 k training sessions. So I upped my calories accordingly.
