My protein powder: Muscle Pharm Combat Powder: cookies n cream flavor....tasty but a bit sweet. It is low in sugar and high in protein. I buy it from Costco...$40.00 for a 1 pound tub ( 2.2 kg in Canada). I also supplement with tuna, canned chicken and canned turkey, nuts, eggs, peanut butter, milk, cheese strings…

My motivation is the opportunity to do new things: Try a bellydancing class, go geocaching or play soccer with some friends. You dont need to spend hours doing something you dread...like running on a treadmill. Pick something new and find what you enjoy. You will be more motivated to stick with it in the end :)

Me too! The person that gave birth to me is FtM trans with a lovely pansexual wife. I am keenly aware of their struggles both socially and economically (both are disabled). They are two of the most loving, compassionate individuals on the planet. I consider it a privilege to be part of such a diverse family. <3

I only use fins for my warm up - about 10 minutes doing various stroke drills to limber up, then take them off for the real cardiovascular work.

2014 Goals: 1. Lose my winter bulk weight and lean out to see the magnificent muscle underneath. 2. Continue to maintain said muscle. 3. Did he mean literal nurse scrubs or "shorts and a t-shirt" type of thing. My husband says I look sexiest right after I get home from the gym with my sweaty hair in pony tail and workout clothes (yoga pants and a tank top). I feel the least sexy after the gym. Go figure lol

Be sure to wear padded shorts, a light breathable top and take a towel and water bottle (trust me, you'll need it). Arrive early to your first class, tell the instructor you…
