Thank you everyone for your response. I’ve only been tracking my calories for Cardio and wasn’t sure if I should be for strength training, but seems as though it pretty hard to calculate the results. Lol

I just had my sleeve on January 27th. I am 1 week post op, have lost 15 lbs since surgery and 31 lbs total. I am very excited for this journey.
