Hi, I too have hypoglycemia. I snack in between meals but I also try to keep all my macros intact. I have been logging for almost 10 mths now I have not had an episode every since I started.

I know exactly what you're talking about, I was just like that at the beginning. I finally figured out to add a little evoo to meat or something like that. EVOO is very high in calories so that would help a lot. I now have no problem getting my 1200 cals.

I agree with Jessica. I had a reduction years ago and he took of 10lbs. If I knew then what I know now I so would of lost weight before hand, I am losing weight now and yes they are sagging! Please worry about your weight first and then do the reduction which like you said your BMI has to be just right anyways so good luck.

It depends on what you did, I worked out to one last week and put it under low impact aerobics. Hope that helped!
