After reading all the posts, I think I will try Runkeeper if I can figure out how to get it to sync with MFP. Lol. Thanks, guys! I didn't think about it being set to walk instead of run.

Don't forget...muscle weighs more than fat. You are working out 2-3 times a week. I think it is safe to say you are gaining muscle. Don't give up!! :wink:

I looooove the idea of a free day! Today I started with a little over 1500 cals. When I keep track...and actually see how many calories I consume...I am flabbergasted! CRAZINESS! Thank you! I think I am going to keep one free day a week as well.

I once did a Couch to 5k plan. I never went passed the first time. It KICKED my butt. So happy for you! You must have felt great afterwards. (Maybe not physically). I can't even imagine WALKING 2 minutes at this point. I can't believe I let myself get to this point. And...it's not "sad" ...it's AWESOME! YOU GO GIRL!!
