5'4" here, 135/size 6. They're getting big, so hoping I'm in a 4 soon! 125 is my goal.

LOVE mine!! Had it about 2 months, & it for sure has me moving much more. The weight loss is easier bc I know exactly how many cals I'm burning & I just make sure I'm at least at a 500 deficit.

Yes, yes, YES, all of this!!! I'm 5'4". SW: 252, CW: 142, GW: 125. I swear, the smaller I get, I can tell every ounce I lose. I look in the mirror in awe that it's me. I bought work clothes in sizes 6 & small last week, OMG!

I have lost my weight 2lbs/week (now 1lb/week) over the last 13 months. When my dr asked me just last week how many calories I ate a day, I said "1200-1300". She said "great".

I love mine! Had it about 3 weeks. It def has me moving more. Extra stairs at work, pacing during commercial breaks, etc.

Everyone I cross paths with at work or home knows I'm watching my calories, so they hardly ask anymore, but when they did, they didn't pressure me like you are describing. I think you need to have a talk with your bro and let him know how disrespectful he's being to you and your goals.

I've been losing for right at a year now. SW: 252 CW: 148 GW: 125 Until recently, I was down 8-10lbs/month. Now that I'm close, April was about 6, May about 5.

Great thread! -wedding ring only fits on middle finger, same for husband who's lost 100lbs as well -harder to shave -my boss told me I should try & get some new clothes (how about a raise then) -had to get rid of all my sandals, leather too stretched out I'm sure there's lots more. I'll keep thinking.

Popcorn w/coconut oil!! Also, pretzels, fruit snacks, or my new favorite, Weight Watchers ice cream bars. They're a nice size & yum!

You look great!! I'm 5'4" too, and that is my goal weight. I've got about 25 more lbs, and I'm dealing with idiots too. One today, even. It baffles me that some people think it's ok to say things like that. I mean, would you tell me to change my face??
