I am on my first day of "controlling my sodium" it is insane how much sodium is in everything. I did good today. I am trying to develop my own recipes for low sodium stuff that tastes good, this is going to be a long battle. But I have high BP so I gotta do it!

That is usually caused by lactose intolerance, best things is to try a different brand (lactose free) or take smaller servings, a lot of protein all at once can give quite the gas, I learned this when I was fit.

Do not get on the scale. Only weigh yourself once a month. If it is causing you stress don't do it. I know how stress and boredom can lead to constant eating. Agree sounds like a very good chili, brown the ground turkey, add all the beans and chickpeas and some diced tomatoes, add chili powder, garlic, cayenne if you like and simmer. If you calorie intake allows pour over the rice!

I was going to guess gall bladder as well. I believe I have gall stones, and completely avoid fried foods, and try too avoid over eating and this helps. But it is best to see a doctor I think
