Today was the second time I've tried the protein powder and both times my stomach has been really upset afterwards. Is anyone else having this problem? Solutions???

That is usually caused by lactose intolerance, best things is to try a different brand (lactose free) or take smaller servings, a lot of protein all at once can give quite the gas, I learned this when I was fit.0

wow, that sux...I drink that one alllllll the time. I love it! But maybe it just doesn't agree with you. I would try one scoop and if you still feel sick, you may have to do a switch-a-rooney ( and send me the rest of yours, just joking..unless ur gunna do it. )
hope u feel better sister,

I didn't think I was lactose intolerant because I drink skim milk all the time. However, today I tried the protein powder with almond milk. It was the first time I've had almond milk. Do you think it could have been that? I was only using half a scoop of the protein powder. Thanks for the advice. I think I'll try again but if I decide I don't want it, I'll keep you posted.0
