Do you have a smart phone? If so you can get the free CardioTrainer app and buy a Polar bluetooth chest strap and it will link to your phone. You can share your workouts on facebook, twitter etc. It keeps track of your history and has a heart rate graph you can look at. It is pretty cool. If you don't have a smart phone, I…

Fiber for sure. Fish Oil capsules also help quite a bit. Will also help with joints, skin and hair (it has in my case). Also, be sure you are taking in enough calories every day with the exercise you are doing.

Congrats...it is that kind of motivation that makes it all worth it.

I agree with this post completely. That is beauty of MFP is that it puts it all right there in front of you. I would not be worried about being a few points over the protein requirement, as a matter of fact you should be if you are exercising a lot.

I do Combat with a HRM (chest strap) on and I normally average about 500-530 calories/60 min. I love Combat! Congrats... I had the same problem. I got a ring guard put on my engagement ring and I wear it on top of my wedding band, so it will keep both on. Works like a charm. I am in the same boat you are. I don't want to resize until I reach my goal.

I have never responded to a blog before, but I can't let this pass me by. I am not sure what types of diet you are trying now or have tried. I too have PCOS. I started my diet in July and thus far have lost 85 pounds. I am on the South Beach Diet. Buy the book and read it. It wasn't until I went to a Nurse Practitioner…
