So if i have stopped losing weight and need to jump start things should i be eating more protein? I am working out 6 days a week and switched up my routine but still have to run alot cause training for a half however i have noticed in the last couply of days i have gone over my protein count by quite a few.

    It sounds crazy, but eat more calories. Increase your daily intake (100-200 cals more) for two weeks. This will jumpstart your metabolism and you will continue to lose weight once you cut those calories back out again.

    Can't see your diary, but here are some general rules to follow if you're not already:

    - Make sure you are eating CLEAN calories
    - Make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water
    - Cut out sugar as much as possible
    -Eat lots of fiber and protein
    -Take measurements - you may be losing inches instead of pounds.

    Totally agree. I used my BMR to calculate how many calories to consume each day. If I'm under, it's no big deal but it was when my calorie goal was 1200!

    I agree with this post completely. That is beauty of MFP is that it puts it all right there in front of you. I would not be worried about being a few points over the protein requirement, as a matter of fact you should be if you are exercising a lot.

    its good to go over your protein...alway eat lean meats, lots of strawberries or berries, cut out the carbs and preservatives eat alot of frest veggies like green beans and brocalli... Eat more carrots and cherry tomatoes
