I have a feeling I'll get sick with rice, veggies, and beef.. Do you know like any dietitian here to help or get advice from?

I just looked up www.supercook.com but it doesn't seem like they have much food at all listed that I could have :neutral_face: And I haven't tried quinoa I've heard its not good at all

I really dont like going to the doc but i doubt anyone does..I wonder if i just change vitamins it will work

The teen vitamin is mega teen from GNC not chew-able ones they have a really nasty taste to them

What kind of heart rate monitor do u have? Does it tell u how many calories u burned also?

When i estimate my food i usually just do it for the rest of the night if i forget to add it thats why

I'm going to list my allergies here so u can see why I'm really struggling Chicken, Turkey, sunflower seeds (and sunflower oil), Nuts, Almonds, fish, banana's, sesame seeds, green beans, eggs, and I'm pretty sure I am with berries too because i get sick after i eat kinds of berries. It's so much I cant remember right now

I do have a food scale but dont use it really which i suppose i should but how would i enter that in ugh its so difficult for me I lose interest very easily
