ahh massive thanks for all your input everyone :D Definatly see better now where I am going wrong with sugar crashes etc no more gummy sweets in the house from now on! Going to start trying to add more protien and veggies to my day going shopping in two day so will stock up then Thankyou

It seems completly screwed for me 0_o Today I finished like 10 calories under what it said I should be eating to lose 1lb a week It said: You'd weigh 9 st 9 lbs in 5 weeks WTH????

Also how do I convince myself to eat that many calories? and what are the healthy ways to eat them back? Sure I could just eat chocolate etc but it feels so wrong I can't bring myself to do it ><

Ah seems I need to do alot more reading then and to not skimp on the noodles with my stirfry tonight XD I would greatly appreciate any links people could post for things I need to read I feel so far in the deep end I dont know where to begin!

One of the reasons I am asking is everyone that knows me says I eat when I am bored and I am sure I do so half the time I have no idea if I am hungry or just looking for something to do and choosing to eat XD

right on the money there michele I went and checked the box its 200 calories per 100g not the whole pizza *fail* next time I need to check lables rather than just let MFP tell me off to do more excercise then XD

I think I made my food diary viewable for everyone not sure XD I suspect that MFP might be over estimating the number of calories I have burned today which is why I left 200 spare

Looking forwar to seeing the replies to this as well! While I technically get a half hour lunch break, as in I am not paid for half an hour ><, I rarely actually get to stop and sit down to take it
