  • All is working well for me. I love the "connection" between this and mapmywalk now. Makes it a lot easier to record cardio exercises.

  • If you are building muscle with your workouts, remember that muscle weighs more than fat so that could account for some of your weight gain.
  • I traveled for 15 years and that makes it very difficult when it comes to eating. Lugging items around with me was never an option... so I always made sure I made trip to grocery stores to purchase items that I planned to cook in my room. Best of luck....

  • Go into your profie from your home page and you should see a section called "My Progress". You have two options "Add to your site" or "Personalize your tracker". Once you get it setup the way you want, just continue to follow the instructions, it provides.
  • As often as I am tempted, I have avoided a "cheat day". I have craved things like doughnuts but keep asking myself what is more important to me. Maybe one I hit my goal, I'll splurge with a doughnut, but that is a little ways away as yet. Like seeing my numbers dropping too much.

  • I especially enjoy the coconut/pineapple mixture. It is a great tasting drink without all the sugars of soda's etc. I am just curious about how good or bad this really is for you.
