This is right on. I like to stay low on fat but the sugar levels here are way low--it doesn't calculate what is natural and what is added sugar.

Welcome! I will be trying to do a clean diet after the new year...no sense in fighting a battle like that right now. I'm also skeptical that my daughter is lactose intolerant so we might be cutting that out of our diets too! Feel free to add me if you would like!!

Our bodies can fluctuate quite a bit. I would wait a week or so. Have you moved or are you spending time with a group of women that you hadn't been before? My body likes to adjust with the women around me. For several months my cycle was ranging from 21 to 25 days. Wait and see.

I don't have this problem. I am always starving at about 4-5 though. I work out in the evenings so my major meals are breakfast and lunch. After a small dinner and a work out I don't need to eat at night.

you aren't going to find any support for weight loss gimmicks like the one mentioned on this site. HCG, Alli and all other fat burners get a huge thumbs down here!

I like to move through weight exercises quickly. It annoys me when people sit on machines and chat it up. That's pretty much it I guess. :)

It would be nice if insurance companies would be more proactive about giving incentives and reduced rates for people who are healthy. I know some do already...but it would be nice to have that put into that new health care law.

The rule of thumb is that anything above the neck is fine, but below the neck, stay home. I prefer to run out my viruses and I don't get sick often. If you have lung or stomach issues, do not exercise. Since it is just a nose thing---some sweat will do you good. HOWEVER, if you have a fever you are contagious, so stay home.

I really recommend Hal Higdon's training schedule for the half marathon. You can usually find them for free and they are really really good! I haven't run a full mary yet--but plan to in the next year. Good luck to you!

Actually, I was totally plateaued for weeks and my brother told me to cut added sugar and in 10 days I am already seeing results. I'm not avoiding sugar forever, just right up until Christmas. I can eat whatever else I want within my calories. Honestly...I just thought it would be a fun post to do because who doesn't face…
