Freeze what you can (like the chilli and any other sweets.) If you have unopened packages of chips, etc. you can return them to the store. Otherwise I would toss it all!!

I'm pretty similar to you, I weigh 171 and I have a pair of 9/10 jeans, but I also wear size 11/12 or even 13. Depends on the brand.

No there is a 30 day shred with weights that is separate from the 30 day shred video. Also I'm in pretty good shape. I did the 15 min core work out at the end of P90x with my friend and found it easy. Definitely not!! But I wonder why it is so hard for some people to meet and go out with people while others always seem to have someone around? I have a lot of friends...but never seem to have a SO in sight... Anyone else noticed this?

This has been my struggle recently as well...with similar goals..lose the last little bit of weight while toning, and training for certain events. On the contrary I have been told by a nurse that you should drink 1 oz per pound of body weight. Apparently Tosca Reno (Eat clean diet, wife of Oxygen's editor) holds to this same theory.
