I'm on my week 2 staturday and I noticed that I am an inch bigger everywhere!! I am panicking :( i'm a pound lighter though.... Can someone explain this? Do you think it's my diet?

Not everyone sells some are genuinely trying to help :) I met more BB coaches who are genuinely taking their time to help, I only know one who is SO pushy on every level then stops motivating you if you dont buy from him

I know a 25 min workout if you have time for it :) I'm doing Focus T25 and they have modified moves that are low impact :D I'm not a BB coach don't worry I'm just a fan of beachbody workouts :)

I workout every day at the comfort of my home :) I find it impossible to lose a significant amount of weight without exercise :(

TRUE. Motivation is something really hard to have. I've been there :( If i were you though i'll feel so insulted about the one who said he/she thought you had surgery. Lol I'm too sensitive I guess. I mean, i worked hard for it :grumble: :laugh:

Rolled oats with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar :) OR an oatmeal risotto. Rolled oats + water (depending on the consistency you want) + 1tsp parmesan then to top it 1 strip turkey bacon fried with no oil and soft boiled egg (since I suck at poaching)

That is a good come back! people ask me that too. Motivation is truly a gift. It's the main problem of most people, it's not the excess weight at the top of the list.

It's honestly better to do it in secret and say you have a problem that's why you can't have certain foods because I remember before, my friends always wanted to eat out but I am trying to save and eat clean at the same time. they mocked me for it calling me frugal and stuff making fun of me lol

Nope! the border to Quezon City is walking distance from my house :happy: the north part of the Philippines (Luzon) wasn't affected really. She's fine :)
