Try hatha yoga :) it's super relaxing and it helped me with my flexibility. That P90X yoga is so hard it's not for beginners I cant last more than 20mins too lol

I might try that DEXA though if it's covered by my insurance :) I'm choosing between calipers and calculators though... btw I love your pic! I just read an article about it. I've been experimenting on eating more before I read the article and it's hindering my weightloss I think :|

Honestly if I dont have a bad knee I will do lots of lifting. I hate cardio but I'm forced to do it since it's safer for me. I do strength training but only light ones. heaviest was like 10lbs barbells and 1kg leg weights LOL

True but cant do much lifting since I get patellofemoral syndrome every now and then due to an injury from hiking a few years ago. I get physical therapy every other year or so and I dont wanna worsen it, so it's not really necessary for me :) but I do get what you're saying especially about the treadmills haha

I'm a college student too :) I suggest you buy raw veggies and fruits for snacking they're not that expensive and try workout videos such as 30 day shred like the one poster said. Also, if you can walk to your destination, just walk instead of driving :)
