Enjoy yourself on a date. Forget about the calories, well be reasonable at least about the type of food,but dont order just a salad. most men said that it's such a turn off for a girl to order just a salad not unless they're vegan or vegetarian. It's just a meal, adjust on the other meals of the day instead :)

Honestly, every single day and it's not good because when I gain a lb let's say from soreness, it affects my motivation totally so I wouldnt say what I'm doing is good :))

You made me laugh with the last line haha but yeah we should keep the faith lol the pics and success stories that I read off of this makes me hopeful that people like us who tend to accumulate fat in the stomach area can get rid of it :) It just takes time sadly haha

I think it's a waste of calories. You could have eaten something more filling with 180 cals like an open sandwich with turkey bacon and egg or a savory oatmeal. I wouldnt suggest to have it everyday, maybe once a week but not everyday, the sugar content is high. Even if you compare it with coke, which obviously is loaded…

I'm kinda hesitant about lifting though because I occassionally get patellofemoral syndrome due to a hiking injury 5 years ago that caused me to have a torn ligament. When I did Insanity, all the jumping made it hurt :(

Carrots, onions, garlic and leeks, you can make a veggie stock. You look great to me honestly. Almost no belly fat left and toned. I have a long way to go :) but I will keep that in mind to not go too strict, I have completely eliminated carbonated drinks though in my diet and I dont crave them anymore, as well as mcdonalds HAHA

Don't you think it's a little too kuch for fluids though? There is almost 30lbs difference, water retention only weighs as much as 3lbs. :sad:

It's not about the fat, it's about your calorie intake. You may think that you can eat whatever you want as long as it's low fat because you're working out but that's not the case, everything you put in your body counts. Aren't you logging in your MFP diary?
