I am from the philippines and I love sweet tea! LOL what I do is per glass, I use a bag of green tea or earl grey depends on my mood, 1 tsp brown sugar (15 calories) and a tiny squeeze of lemon yumyum. It might not be like the one you're used to but it's a good substitute. I love Arizona's sweet tea!

Not really. I love dreasing up and I am having even more fun dressing up my new body, I love fashion and putting on make up, that isnt really the case for me :) :flowerforyou: that's why I feel bad because I feel pretty and I feel like I look better now but the people around me tell otherwise :(

I just did and found that I lost an inch around my chest :( sad but at least there was a loss lol and in my waist I lost 0.5 inches as well in my hips. Thanks for the tip! I'll use the tape measure instead

Yeah that is what I am hoping to hear. I regularly workout and it's kinda unusual to not see the scale go down mainly because I was used to the numbers going down when I had lots of excess weight

I value every single one of your inputs, thank you so much. Clearly I should ditch the barbie weights lol :)) Anyway, I'll start to incorporate heavier weights to my exercise routine. I believe you because you look great! I allow treats too! As long as they dont compose most of my cal intakes :) I dont think a diet that is too restrictive can bring about the effects that I'm wanting to see in myself :)
