Spinach is a great idea! My smoothies are usually under 100 cals since I only put in fruits and veggies. Fruits around here are REALLY sweet so a little goes a long way :)

I've been trying to eat TDEE-10% but I only lost 3 lbs in a month :( I will look into adding more lifting since I enjoy strength training more than cardio :D talk about protein, is soy better than whey? :D
