How long til anyone got to see major results? I only have 9lbs left to lose so I know it will be harder as I reach my goals closer but I'm kinda getting sad because I'm on week 5 day 2 of alpha and so far I only lost 1.3 lbs. i always stay under my cals and overall I only had 1 cheat day and nothing more after, help? :(

Focus T25 :) It's only 25 mins + 3 mins cooldown. I'm not a BB coach lol but I love the program! It's like a mini Insanity. Actually i get almost the same burn as I was getting with Insanity. Also, it's not too repetitive.

Nope not literally straight from behind LOL kinda on an angle it looks squished. But on the sides it looks a bit perky but still small.

Yup I do squeeze! I do focus T25 which incorporates lots of squats, lunges and squat jumps and Shaun T describes each move thoroughly :) I'll try deadlifts though :D thanks :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I wanna take a break from Shaun T workouts which have a lot of jumping. Don't get me wrong, I love his workouts but when I finish T25, my knee definitely needs a break! LOL :flowerforyou:

Maybe some brands have bigger/smaller sizes? :D American brands are always big on me, I'm always a small/medium but in Filipino sizes i'm a large/extra large LOL confusing sizes. anyway, YOU LOOK GREAT!! :D

It is true when they say it depends on how you carry the weight. I'm 5'7 at 129 lbs and all my fat is in the belly so I'm working towards 120 then do strength training to gain muscle

Are you kidding me? 16 lbs in 2 weeks is "not hard" LOL I lost 14lbs in 3 months. And if you're already thin/fit it's harder to lose lol my bmi is currently 20 and I am finding the weight harder to lose
