We others out there or myself could challenge you ie a wee competition amongst our selves.. I dont know would you be keen. ??Haha could be like the biggest loser...at the end of July..I don't know of Any specific challenges..apart from dry July which is a cancer charity thing obviously you don't drink alcohol for July.

Yep my wee prince Harry was born mid jan this year I just want to get back to my pre preggy body and stay fit I have 11 pounds to lose though I would like to and would be healthier if I lost 19 over a period of time, not wanting it off too quickly.
