I am not a breakfast person and would rather save my cals for the evening. I have a protein shake made with skim milk. Quick, easy and low in cals. If I happen to be hungrier that day, I will add cooked oatmeal right into the shake.

Take a break and heal. I have been trying to do Insanity. I am severely out of shape and find I cannot do it every day as I get to sore and my form suffers, but I figure every workout I can do is one more towards my goal. Sometimes I only do 2 Insanity a week and on other days I bike, walk and lift weights.

Be accountable for what you eat and how much you exercise. Make sure to measure /weigh food so that you aren't underestimating the amount you are eating.
