Exercise is for heart health and also so i can burn more and loose more but i guess i cant loose more than the current goals. Also i like doing cardio. Thanks for your inputs! So basically my glycogen store was empty and i ate rice which made the body retain glycogen. Any idea if cardio would help get rid of glycogen?

Thanks for all the response.:smile: I also have a query regarding cardio. Does the resistance level on the stationary bike/elliptical matter as long as i am at my target heart rate? I am exercising at resistance 1 but i am fast enough to keep my heart rate in the zone.I do it for 30-40 min. And any other tips to get off…
