I know it doesn't say HIIT at all, but I do HIIT Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays. I'm like you, I don't feel like walking does much either! (BUT IT REALLY DOES I PROMISE!) Those days, my workout goes like this: 10 minutes jogging @ 4.5 15-20 minutes @ 10.5 (HIIT) Then I walk for the rest of that hour going @ 4.0 Meg :)
