i heard that it doesn't matter what time you eat. so if you decide to not eat the whole day and eat only at night, you won't gain weight. however, this isn't good for you but its your decision! do what you think you'd like :)

I've had midterms, finals, and SAT this week and i literally binged every single day for a week and a half :( im gonna start new today and try not to binge in december, i literally binged like 3/4 the month :(

i eat oatmeal every single morning. i use the old fashion ones from quaker and i always add in 1/2 cup of that, 1 cup of water, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, and sliced apples or nectarine :D

thanks for the great answers guys! i live on the east coast of the united states. there are no whole foods, meijer, rei, family fare, kroger, or anything like that. near me, i have waldbaums, king kullen, target, walmart, pathmark, etc.

yeah i agree with Dohrnl. try using coupons! and also try buying generic brand stuff instead. for example, instead of buying whole wheat pasta from a popular name brand, use shaw's whole wheat pasta. Its more likely to be cheaper but theyre both whole wheat pasta, right?
