I can tell a big difference in the tummy area and in your butt, know that sounds weird. But, I absolutely can. You look awesome!

Congrats! That is so awesome!

I use runkeeper at the same time as my C25K app and it calculates it for you. By, height weight and it syncs with the MFP app.

Check a few different websites to see what they say. Then I'd take an average. Thats just me though. I'm sure someone on here can be more helpful.

I had the same issue, as I'm sure many people do. I just upped my calories from 1,370 to 1,470 and that made a huge difference. I lost that gosh darn lb in almost 2 days.

Just kidding! I'm here and I actually had 5 minutes to weigh myself this morning :) Name: Bek Gender: Female SW:140 lb/63.04 KG CW: 139 % Lost: 0.71% After not seeing any change from round 0 to 1, I am very happy with this:) and a totally exciting thing to see my weight in the 130's!

I have been pretty lucky with finding jobs and having tattoos and piercings. I'm a pharmacy technician so that says a lot. I had an 87 yr old woman come up to me and ask me about my tattoos, then she showed me hers from the 50's/60's and said "you wear your tattoo's well". It was my favorite compliment. I cannot wait for…

Haven't had a chance to weigh in due to moving. Been packing up and such. Be back next week!

I've done both in a day. But, my favorite is to run and then come home and do the NMTZ in whatever order I want. Sometimes I get through the whole thing and others I just go until I can't anymore. I usually only run for 30 minutes on those days too. I say go for it!

You. look. amazing. Holy crap! Congrats!!!

I agree with this. My husband thinks I'm mad. So, I don't go to a regular gym. I rock climb with my husband and friends. The rock gym is friendly and people are SUPER helpful. Then I also run in my park and do workout vidoes at home. The gym to me (from what I have seen at the 5 gyms I've tried out in the last 4 years) is…

My name is Bek. I'm 25 (26 at the end of August!) I'm currently 5'4" and 140lbs. I live in St. Louis, MO with my husband of (almost) 2 years. I used to dance 7 days a week and when I stopped I put on a bunch of weight. I've been working on getting it off for just over a year. In the beginning of my journey I lost my first…

This is awesome! Super inspiring! I'm trying to be ready to run a 5k in november :) thats my goal. Congrats on crushing these goals!

If I didn't have to wear more than 1 bra (sports and regular) while running or any other similar activity, I'd totally rock one once I felt more comfortable with my body.

I love my coffee. I drink it almost every day. I usually put my lactaid in it (have trouble with realy milk) and stevia. And on special days, I get myself a starbucks. That is my "treat". However, I usually go with lower calorie drinks such as a skinny latte or a Mocha light frapp. mmmm... I have noticed that I don't get…

It gets easier. I rotate through a few of her workout dvd's. 30ds is a good one but my favorite (after you get a little more used to it) is Shred it with weights. kettlebell workout. It's amazing. Thanks to Jillians videos I have already lost 18lbs. Now to get the rest off! good luck! I know you'll get through it. And…

Glad I'm not the only one. When I was dancing 7 days a week in high school and in the best shape as of yet. My grandmother came home from florida to tell me (after losing about 20lbs) "you look like you've put on some weight, honey" as she rubbed my flat stomach. Shortly afterward I then got depressed and started worrying…

I made the mistake of weighing myself on mine last week. I always bloat and feel at least 5 lbs heavier. Then when I felt a little bit better after keeping up my workouts, I weighed myself again, and 2 lbs down. I do my usual workout and don't let myself rest anymore than normal. I feel like if I don't keep up with it…

I'm in!

I actually was TERRIFIED of heights before I started this. It really helped me to know that I'm in safe hands in my gym, my husband and my friends who climb with me. It's always something I never thought I'd do, I love it though! You improve so quickly and can see results in upper body strength pretty quickly as well.

I am interested!

I'm pretty new as well, you can add me I track almost every day and love cheering others on!

Thanks so much for the input! That is what I was thinking I would have to do. Which to me is worth it if I don't have that pain. I want to like to run so badly, and shoes not fitting properly is a problem. Thanks again!

No more trouble zones. Absolutely.
