I have been put on Linzess, which helps so much. But, the thing that helps more than anything else is eating as close to paleo on a normal basis. I have done all my days so far (not during those days) but I'm up to date as of today with all my squats. Today's number a little higher because I didn't have time yesterday.

First off.... dancers are fit. If I had the money to spend on classes, I would take them. I don't need to use an instructor/trainer... again mainly because I'm broke and am looking to workout at home. Yes the lifting thing is silly. What are you basing this off of? I was a dancer for 14 years and her method sounds very similar to a lot of movements that happen in different dance classes, just combined into one.

So, I had an interview right after work and decided to switch rest days. Today I'm doing yesterdays since I rested yesterday.

This is pretty close to accurate. I'm an hourglass and the only difference would be my legs. But, after seeing this, I think my ultimate goal will be lower than I thought.

Losing is my goal, I'd like to be down at least 5 lbs by the new year. And toning is a must. Eating paleo and working out. More yoga and back to running.

I have thought about going to an allergist, just don't have the time or money for more testing right now. I figured I would try a form of paleo and work my way from there.
