6'5", 367 pounds. Down to 200 as of my last weigh in on 9/17.

At 330 I started with step aerobics, and the lightest workout I could find. Whenever it became "easy" I'd crank it up some. At the time I used a wii fit, but a stopwatch or a stopwatch app from a website and a metronome app would do the trick. The only hard part about it was not being bored, so I watched TV while I did it.

If someone(OP included) needs a buddy like that I'm happy to join in. I'm down a total of 161 pounds now. Have been making slow but constant changes over the past 4 years and feel like I'm doing great. I workout 3-6 times per week(3x cardio, 3x strenth training), eat very clean(with a tiny cheat here or there to stay sane)…
