Lol, I have a list of nearly 200 diet and exercise quotes. Some of my favourites are:
• If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution
• Exercise is hard by the yard, but an inch is a cinch
• The best exercise for losing weight? Exercising a little self control
• Exercise is the penalty for living beyond your seams
• Some people trade tit-for-tat. Healthy people trade fit-for-fat
• It’s not the minutes spent at the table that put on weight, it’s the seconds
• The journey of a thousand pounds starts with a single ounce
• Your biggest opponent is yourself
• Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork
