WOW! You look amazing. I have a couple questions for you, how many calories did you aim for and did you try a macro nutrient percentages that you followed? You are the same height and body type as me I think. Even big, I am curvy with a waist. Also, teach me your eye makeup! I love it. Great job, very inspired!

I didn't read all 12 pages but OP, my BFF has the same problems, she even went 16 days one time. She had a colonoscopy, tests and was on meds, fiber, laxatives. Nothing worked. She started taking Swiss Kriss and is not an every other to every two day'er. Silly enough she heard about it on a Kardashian episode but it works.

Mexican is my biggest downfall too! I caved not once but twice this week! I did log it but still went over. Glad I'm not alone!

I'm looking for ideas for this too! I have come up with pedicures, massage, shoes, workout clothes, HRM, etc. I know shopping at my goal will be my ultimate reward.

Wait....230? The nutritional info says a McD's cone is 150 calories. That's our society. Too much of everything. I remember I used to feel good about myself if I ate less than all of the HUGE a++ portion that I was served. I do get the McD's cones still though and log them at 150.

I am not telling many people. My hubby and bff and 2 other people "know". it's been 3 weeks for me and I keep thinking, this feels different. When people ask, I'm gonna tell them about my hard work. Good job on 8 weeks!

I could of written this about my 3 1/2 year old son. Same tests, same delays, same weekly schedule except we have speech twice a week after school and he is my youngest. I am still mourning his normalcy but am so encouraged by the progress he has made in a year.

Hi ladies, Sorry I have been MIA, we have been fighting croup this week and had a very busy weekend on top of it. I have completely had an "off" weekend and feel horrible about it. Just go for it! I was 245lb and never working out when I started. Just don't quit, work through the sore days and in a week you will feel so much stronger and have so much more endurance. You only need 3 lb weights and if you are working out on a hard surface a mat. It's great!

Mine is coffee creamer too! I have cut my consumption in half but I have to have my morning coffee! :) I also have 2-3 Starbucks a week. I work them into my calories or exercise calories but I won't give it up! I'd rather quit eating. lol.
