Thank you. I was definitely not perfect, I just didn't stop. If I felt like I had to quit or take a break from a certain move I just kept going with something else. It took me all 10 days every time to be able to complete the modified workout. Good luck!

Thank you! I did find it difficult at the beginning of each level but by the end of the 10 days I felt so much better about the moves. I started this without previously working out at all though. I had what sounds like the very same pain when I did Jillian Michael's 30 DS Level 2. I don't know what it was but it had me in tears after 20 minutes. I pushed through it but did stretching for shin splints although it wasn't in my shin. The ABC's suggested above really did help along with pointing and retracting my toes…

Phew. So glad Valentine's Day is over. It really is a holiday I despise. I ate awful, we did fondue (cheese & chocolate) with fruit, veggies and bread. Not too, too bad but still too much. I never had TOM on the shot but still had the "symptoms" every 6 weeks or so. Bloating can still happen. Keep up the hard work! I also gained 40 lbs in 3 months. It was horrific and I never got it off, but I WILL now!! Everyone is different.

I have 3 days left and love it. I don't know my final inches/lbs lost but I had lost a few inches and 9 ish lbs after the first 15 days and 2-3 inches of my waist & hips. I'll be posting my results on Thursday. I have not taken any breaks and follow the MFP -2 lb a week calorie intake and do eat some of my exercise…
