Are you doing it to see how many calories your workout burned? I take mine off after my cooldown. And record. Any extra cals I burn is a bonus to me!

Good sneakers. Made for running and after so many miles you should get new ones. Make sure you have the right shoes for your feet (arches). I have the same problem-- it really stinks. I have heard good things about Vibrams for shin splints.

LMAO NO I am not working out while cleaning floors! Its not my body odor because I am the only one who can smell it! And its not my water cause I smell it in or out of the shower! Think its bad for kidneys or liver???

Lean!!!!~ if you wanna loose weight and tone! Classic- if you wanna tone. PLUS lean is easy cause not as many push up-- although still plenty, and no plyos which are killer. Lean is a great workout I would do 90lean and then do 90classic =)

I am having the same problem.... never go over my calories but ALWAYS over for my sugars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the same cycle I repeatedly fell into before losing this 27lbs. I would be good for a week and then binge like crazy, and so on. Def must be some type of eating disorder. How about if you go over your cals by say 100 cals-- you then run a mile, or jump rope, or something to earn those calories. Although I am not…

Start by adding a pic- makes it more personal. Then be sure to track all food that passes your lips- even if its just a bite. If you don't excersize Start! Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is a good video if you are interested and only about 27mins total if you are pressed for time =)

I weigh and measure--- sometimes I will have the same thing happen to me especially with the hip measurement. Mostly likely you are not measureing in the exact same spot. Also I have a habit of pulling on that tape which can give false measurements. Make sure the tape is loosly draped around but taught.
