  • I'm a stay at home mom of three and trying to be more fit too. Add me if you like. I've started exercising to feel better but find it's a struggle everyday to eat healthy all day long. Especially trying to keep up with the kids and wanting to grab something easy to eat. Good luck!

  • Can I join the club? I'm new to MFP and new to the 40's. My metabolism seems to be pretty sluggish with my new age number. :tongue: I could use some moral support and hear how everyone else is doing. I've gained an awful 17 pounds in the last year and don't know it happened. Crept up on me. Anywho...yeah for the 40's.
  • Need motivation too. Going in my second week and feel like I'm falling off the wagon the last couple days. Add me as a friend if you want.
  • I'm same CW and GW as you but two inches shorter. 5'7". Just started last week and am down a pound. Could use some support too as I have a hard time staying motivated.
