What do you snack on in the evening? I'm a horrible snacker at night and I know it's a habit I need to break. I need some healthy ideas though.

Calories burned
When I do the elliptical, bike or treadmill at Y, the calories burned are always less than what MFP says. Which number do you use?

40 and harder to lose?
I turned 40 this past year and it seems harder to keep the weight off. Anyone with me in feeling like your metabolism has stopped? I've never been this heavy except when I was pregnant. It's a little depressing. I need to figure out how to kick start myetsbolism again.

Late night snacking
I did MFP about a year ago for a short time and am now back and hope to stick with it. I eat pretty well all day and then cave at night. How does everyone stay away from the fridge at night?
