I have the magic bullet, got a huge discount on it so wasn't too expensive. I love it and use it pretty much everyday, It definitely doesn't take 10 seconds to blend everything up though.

Just chuck all of that in the blender, but with just water. Would probably taste really nice, I make random smoothies like that all the time.

Lol, I don't eat just spinach (just used that as an example.) I get protein and other nutrients etc from a variety of different fruits, vegetables, nuts etc. It's completely healthy and fine.

Where did Popeye get his protein from? ;) Go for it. I'm Vegan, eat alot of fruits and veggies but am not 100% raw,

You're vegetarian, not vegan :) When I cut out all animal products I put on weight, but I gathered that was because I was eating less fat so was more hungry.

Porridge is pretty high protein. Or you could make a smoothie with protein powder.

Yesterday I didn't track, ate alot. Couldn't help myself. Was mainly fruit, but would have been over 3000 calories probably. So today im tracking again, if i don't, i eat too much.

Now a vegetable stirfry (broccoli, mushroom, courgette, capsicum, carrot etc) I don't eat enough vegetables as it is so I decided to have that tonight, Was kinda disgusting though.

Sounds great, thank you. Avocados are perfect in smoothies to make them thicker and creamier so would be awesome in this.

Currently having a raw banana, mango and pineapple smoothie. Water as the base, half a banana, 150g pineapple and 100g mango. Just for a morning snack, so yum and healthy.

I don't even track my sugar anymore because i eat so much fruit, My carbs are usually in the 250s-350s. Fructose aka fruit sugar is ALOT better for you, as has good nutritional values and isn't just "empty calories." Unless you're diabetic, you don't need to worry about it.

Fruit (and veg) makes up like 70% of my diet, not going to give them up for some fad. I went 80/10/10 for a while, now I am 70/15/15 or something like that. I'm doing fine, and yes believe it or not if I lower my calories still lose weight. And I imagine this diet to be incredibly unhealthy too.

Just saying, not all of us are like that. At least you tried the "diet", that's all you could do. I am it for ethical reasons, rather than health, and find it pretty easy being Vegan, But what works for one usually won't work for the other. So yea, atleast you tried.
