  • Yes cancel it..this is free..the WW program is basically the same thing...except to me w/the new program they have it is more work than this..again this is FREE..and u get the same results..after all you are the one that will have to do the work regardless..calories in..calories out!!
  • I'm in..I've already been doing 100-200 a day so if you want to start tomorrow I will join you ..I have a trainer that makes me do the same so it will help me become more fit w/him also...I'm going to check out the site now!!!
  • I also had thought about taking the challenge but I'm taking Celebrity Fitness @ a gym and we do an hour of the same moves..it's $3 a session so I may take the challenge with you if you decide to..let me know..

  • Yes...I know it is bad..but I do weigh myself everyday..it gives me the motivation to keep going..I workout 5-6x a week..1x a week w/a personal trainer..I just added a celebrity fitness class on Saturday's to mix up the wkouts...I guess I'm getting obsessed w/the scale bc my routine has become go to work..wkout on my lunch…

  • OMG..that's exactly what happened to me the first 4 weeks were so fast and now it's moving so slow..so my trainer is mixing up my exercise..I'm adding in strength training..doing push/sit ups etc...
  • Oh girl...we are basically doing the same thing...I lost 12 lbs since January 3 and I want to be down 38 more lbs by May. Maybe there is some type of challenge we could do to encourage each other..I started using a trainer on Friday and will use him once a week..other than that I'm eating 1240 cals and wkout 5-6x a week...
