Well, I've been at war with my exercise programs as of late. But what good is a program when you don't want to follow it or stick with it?
I'm starting some long walks tomorrow. Going to throw some great audio books on my phone, and it will be a great chance to exercise and listen to some books.
I'm finding that I'm just getting way too caught up in too many things, and it's just turning me further away from exercise and being healthy. Therefore, I'm simplifying!
So if you like walking, let me know. We can track our walks
I'm going to start a running program as soon as it gets a little nicer out. I don't feel quite comfortable running on ice/snow, but I'm okay with walking.

I've been working out since January..and I just added in a trainer last week to help me include strength training...but I work out 5-6x a week walking about 2-3 miles in..I would love to join u..0

I would love to walk "with" you. Usually I walk 3-5 miles every evening, but lately my motivation has been absent. Having a Walking Partner would keep me accountable AND make it fun.0

Yeah right on! I'm glad I'm not alone!
I am going to start this afternoon. My goal is 4 miles (which turns out to be 8 laps of the track).

I walked 4 miles today at the Lake not far from my house.

I burned 110 calories walking for 30 minutes and burned 133 calories Hiking for 20 minutes at a WildLie Park near our house this afternoon. Total of 3.17 miles so far today, plus I got in 5,092 steps at Curves this morning.0

I walked 3.17 miles with Leslie Sansone this eveniing (60 minutes), and I got in 4200 steps at Curves this morning (2 miles).0
